Dynamic event solutions

BSL worked with multiple stakeholders for the official movie premiere of 'He Named me Malala' at the Emirates Palace. The movie is an intimate portrait of Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai. BSL provided event solutions ranging from registration management, set up and decor, staffing and management of 1500 guests for the event to include Malala and her family.

BSL organised the blockbuster film premiere of Star Wars – The Force Awakens at the Emirates Palace with the film screened in the auditorium followed by an after party – Jakku Experience on the outdoor terrace. The film was shot in Abu Dhabi desert and the film’s creatures, props and set pieces were displayed in the Jakku Experience to create a world exclusive immersive event. Guests were welcomed by Storm Troupers and had the chance to walk on the ‘red carpet’ for a photo shoot by the region’s media. The feedback from the premiere was tremendous with some stake holders reporting that it was even better than the LA event that had been held 2 days before.

On an annual basis, BSL produces and manages corporate hospitality suites for the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix . With original ideas and bespoke entertainment BSL creates a tailor-made suite to surpass client's expectations and ensure that both local and international guests have a first class experience.

BSL designed and built a stand for DNATA to engage visitors and encourage them to keep DNATA and Emirates Airlines at the forefront of their minds when booking their next holiday. A touchdown rugby bungy challenge proved very popular and the giant rugby ball ensured that the stand was highly visible.

BSL provided ground logistics support for their launch of Ducati 1199 Panigalle. The idea was to test the bike on the Yas Marina Circuit by journalists from 13 different countries.

The arrival of all the journalists was divided in to 5 groups, where series of journalists arrived and departed. BSL supplied complete ground transportation for the guests operating a range of vehicles from 4 seat sedan to a 50 seat coach. BSL supplied Airport Hostesses to welcome the guests and Operation Manager to ensur e smooth running.

BSL managed the design, installation and operation of a 600 m2 stand in the Main Oasis. Titan the 8 foot tall robot spoke to the crowd in multi languages and attracted them to the stand where guests could enjoy a diverse range of activities and cool down in a dedicated air conditioned lounge area.

BSL provided a specialist team to manage the organisation of an event for 300 Danone staff coming from Middle Eastern and Asian countries. Dedicated, experienced staff were allocated to manage airport, hotel, special events and venue operations. A memorable gala dinner was arranged on the Events Lawn at Yas Links which was a prefect finale to an outstanding event.

BSL organsied the official launch of Quest Arabiya - an Arabic language, free-to-air, pan Arab channel launched across 22 countries in the MENA region. The activation was in 2 stages with a press conference at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi followed by an activation stand at Yas Mall. 28 different nationalities participated in the mall activation activities to include Spin the Wheel Quiz and large crowds were attracted each time the parkour team performed. During the weekend the social media channel awareness increased significantly.

BSL designed a memorable event to announce the NBAD sponsorship of the Dubai Aquarium. A bespoke video was produced and a ribbon cutting ceremony organised with meticulous attention to detail.

BSL designed a dynamic suite for IDEX that had a dedicated catering area, a workstation to allow guests to be connected at all times and a majlis area for meetings and relaxation. The in-house design team ensured that the branding was impressive and a memorable ambiance was created.

BSL managed the ground handling for 1200 delegates for the last Nokia World Conference, provided staff in the official hotels and organised a spectacular party at the stunning Monte Carlo Beach Club. Delegates also experienced the highlights of Abu Dhabi in a tailor-made day of activities.

To celebrate the opening of a new branch in India, BSL transformed the UAE branches into India for a day. All senses were catered for with campaign branding, traditional welcoming of guests with Indian sweets served by staff dressed in brand colour sarees, a bespoke photo booth area with traditional props and a candle light dia with Indian incense.

BSL has devised creative themed concepts and provided full event management solutions for Abu Dhabi Airports Networking Receptions and Gala Dinners for international conference events. Both traditional Arabic and modern, original entertainment has been provided with first class catering and professional, experienced event staff to create memorable events to showcase both Abu Dhabi the destination and Abu Dhabi Airport’s future vision.

BSL worked with twofour54 to design and build their 96sqm stand at Tawdheef Recruitment show held in Abu National Exhibition Centre. BSL created a spacious stand with ample seating areas for networking and workstations for submitting CVs. The event was a great success as the targeted number of visitors and applications were received and it contributed to strengthen the excellent partnership with twofour54.

BSL created a family fun day at Khalifa Park to promote ADCB's Health & Wealth Campaign to a targeted audience. Directional branding was used to the Artist Garden where guests had the opportunity to have free basic health checks combined with a wealth check from a bank representative. Throughout the day informative related speaker sessions took place and interactive entertainment to include miniature golf, football shootout and kite flying workshops. The younger guests enjoyed a bespoke arts and crafts plus face painting area. Healthy juices and fruit baskets were served for guests to enjoy in a picnic area and a dedicated team provided a high level of customer service.

BSL provided an expert solution to manage the execution of the event in 2 locations to include exciting branding designs, latest technology audio visual support and guest management services.

BSL created a bespoke suite at the Dubai Football Challenge to include a focal display area to showcase NBAD products and giant screen to watch the AC Milan versus Madrid in the comfort of a dedicated lounge.

BSL devised creative materials to announce the launch of the Creative Lab at twofour54. Both the marketing campaign and actual event were aimed at the younger generation and included a ribbon cutting app that was very popular.

BSL provided an exciting bespoke itinerary for a group of 120 international staff to thank them for their hard work and motivate them for the following year. The programme included a flavour of all aspects of what Abu Dhabi has to offer, was planned meticulously and left the group exhilarated.

BSL provided event logistics for the internationally recognised awards ceremony at Emirates Palace.

BSL managed the inaugural competition winners trip to Madrid for NBAD credit card holder winners to Madrid to enjoy a tailor-made programme of the highlights of Madrid and experience a Real Madrid match in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

For the inaugural Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, BSL devised and managed the complex transportation programme for ADMM which involved running 135 vehicles 16 hours per day to transport 15,000 VIPs daily.

As part of the 'Support Arab Cinema' initiative, BSL worked with Image Nation to design a tailor-made booth and red carpet experience to encourage visitors to pledge their support for Arabic cinema.

BSL managed the sponsor's garden area during ADCB Pink Polo. Within a methodically planned area, BSL delivered a family friendly, fully themed pink garden for the event, with specific exciting children's activities and lady pampering experiences.

Following a challenging brief to design a stand for The Worthy, a post apocalyptic film, set in a future Arab World which has been plunged into chaos by widespread fighting. After watching the first cut of the film BSL designed the stand based on iconic features in the film and proposed interactive games to engage visitors and spark their interest in the film.

BSL hosted a desert dinner for over 200 guests in an exclusive venue in Abu Dhabi, guests were amazed by the traditional Arabic and contemporary entertainment set against the background of the golden dunes. A specialised transport team managed the airport transfers and transportation service over a 4 day period with a diverse fleet of vehicles and conference consultation services were provided.
